✅ Required Documents for Adult & Young Adult Road Test (Ages 18–24)
If you are 18 to 24 years old, please bring the following:
A valid Texas learner’s permit with your photo.
Impact Texas Young Drivers (ITYD) certificate, dated within the last 90 days.
Adult Driver Education Certificate (ADE-1317) – proof of completion of the 6-hour adult driving course.
Valid vehicle insurance (must be current).
Front and rear license plates on the testing vehicle.
